LEI Summer League
The LEI Summer League runs from April to early September usually on midweek evenings. Events are informal,
usually with a social element. Weekday starts are staggered from 6.30 to 7.30 pm - courses close 8.30 (these times may
be advanced by 30 minutes at either end of the season). Entry fees - Seniors £5.00 and Juniors £1.00 - Senior National and Local East Midlands
Members please show current membership card to obtain £2.00 discount.
League scores are
on standard handicaps and the best eight events count giving everyone a chance of success in the league if they perform as
well as their age would suggest they should. All events include a technical course. There will always be an introductory
level course for novices and young children and where practical an intermediate standard course. League points are also
allocated for all training events.
