Start and finish: Close to car park
Terrain: City park with grassy fields, ornamental gardens, historic ruins and wide tarmac paths. May be very muddy and slippery in parts after all the recent bad weather. Footwear with more grip than typical road shoes recommended. Negligible climb.
Entry: via The Start Kite. Entries will open 3 weeks before or earlier.

Enter 3 days before the event to guarantee a map. Pay the entry fee to The Start Kite (account details will be displayed on screen when you confirm your entry).
Late entries and Entry on the Day: This is possible via The Start Kite depending on map availability. No cash entry on the day.
New to Orienteering? If you are new to orienteering, please make yourself known to the organiser at registration and advice will be available.

Control Collection: Volunteers willing to collect in a few controls each after the courses close would be much appreciated.
Safety: A risk assessment has been carried out by the Organiser and all reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safety of competitors. However, participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
There is likely to be many other park users, including dogs and cyclists.
