Enter 3 days before the event to guarantee a map. Pay the entry fee to The Start Kite (account details will be displayed on screen when you confirm your entry).
Late entries and Entry on the Day: This is possible via The Start Kite depending on map availability. No cash entry on the day.

Parking: Parking in the Tesco car park is free for 2 hours, £1 for 2-3 hours and £2 for 3-4 hours, payable on arrival. Alternatively there is plenty of roadside parking.

Night Event: A whistle and torch will be required. Advisably a headtorch and a spare torch. NB Not suitable for beginners.

Start and Finish: both close to the Car Park.

Terrain: Typical modern suburban residential with some open grassland.

Provisional Optimal Course Lengths: Long 7.15km; Medium 5.3km; Short 2.8km

Control Collection: Volunteers willing to collect in a few controls each after the courses close would be much appreciated.

Safety: A risk assessment has been carried out by the Organiser and all reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safety of competitors. However, participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
